Beauty-Keeper provides free International delivery with a minimum of S$199 purchased each order. For orders under the stated threshold above, S$15 will be charged.
International Delivery Time
International shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, except Public day in Singapore and Taiwan). Shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
During Promotional Periods
Extra of 3-5 shipping days might be taken during peak period. Please bear with us and we will continually strive to provide the best service to our customers.
All International orders are subject to customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped and payment is the responsibility of the customer. Some packages may be delayed as much as 4~5 weeks, depending on Customs. The signature may be required upon delivery.

We gladly offer exchanges or refund on unused products, and it must be return within 30days from the shipping date.
Your account will be credited after the refund is approved, it can be used for your next order.
Samples are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All items bought during promotional period/ with promotion price are not applicable for returns and/or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition; any item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please allow us at least 7 business days for your inquiry to be processed, in order to make the process runs smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) matter & condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, you will be refunded the subtotal amount of your original order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
